Even so,.. we are to esteem others better than self ~ honor others above ourselves(Php2:3),.. serve others as an example(Gal5:13),…treat people with kindness and gentleness(Col3:12). The goodness of the Lord leads to repentance(Rom2:4) His gentleness makes us great(Ps18:35)
Absolutely. All while obeying God rather than men. We can do all things through Christ.
Agreed Ron! Galatians 1:10 puts it rightly "Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ."
