Almost 15 years ago, soon after I got my first home computer, I started my first online ministry, called Mustard Seed Thoughts. It was a daily, emailed devotional. Shortly after I started, a man contacted me to see if he could host it on his website and Christweb.com has hosted it ever since.
This year, after years of encouragement, I finally published some of those devotionals into a book. Today (again after much encouragement), I decided to give copies away on this week’s Free Fridays. I will give away five (5) copies today.

I would love a signed copy of your book! As a busy mom of 22 month old twins girls, I love material that challenges me to just be still and meditate on God's Word. After praying in faith for over 10 years for children, God graciously blessed me with two beautiful little girls. During those years of infertility, I knew God was able to give me the desires of my heart but still my heart ached when prayer after prayer seemed to go unanswered. Finally, I "got it" and surrendered my dreams of having children to Him. I decided that, regardless of the outcome, I would still serve and love Him. I started really living and believing Jeremiah 29:11 and other scripture that reinforced God's promises and almost 2 years ago, I delivered healthy, 35 week old twins that were sent straight from God above! Today, I'm 27 weeks pregnant with our 3rd little girl that God totally surprised us with!!! I would have never asked Him for another child because I felt so blessed to have the twins, but He proved to me that He loves and gives immeasurably more than we ask or imagine! If only we have faith the size of a mustard seed! Thanks for letting me share! I love your words and thoughts! Blessings to you!

I love Mustard Seed. I found it a while back when I was looking up things for our Children's Ministry. I have learned so much by reading what you have written. You are so real and down to earth as well as easy to understand. Thank you for being that real with your readers. I would find it a privialge to receice a copy of your book. I read and enjoy your blogs every day…. sometimes two times a day. I love the notifications I receive on my smart phone, then again, when I am checking my email, then in the evening…. when I check my facebook. My favorite will not be in the book… God will allow more on you than you can stand. That is the best!!! That is when your faith is strengthened. THAT is when you know you cannot do it alone. I had always heard Christians say just opposite. That God will not allow any more to be placed on you than you can stand. I love it when you challenge or give the commonly accepted and often quoted sayings with a new perspective.
