Here are 7 truths worth remembering during such times:
The last few days have brought an unwelcome and unforeseen storm in my life. I’m not alone in this, I’m sure you’ve experienced circumstances and storms that have caught you off guard or maybe experiencing this even now. I want you to be encouraged and strengthened by the knowledge that you’re not walking this journey out on your own.
Here are 7 truths I’m convinced are worth remembering during such times:
1. There is always time to pray! (You’ll “feel” and make things worse if you don’t.)
2. No matter how much you “don’t feel like it”, Read your Bible! It is our compass, our true north when it feels like our life is spinning out of control. We need more truth, not more feelings in crisis. Psalms 46 is a good start.
3. Don’t believe that you have to be depressed because you’ve encountered something heart breaking. Grieve….yes. Harbor it….no.
4. Make it a point to not make any major decisions when feeling overwhelmed. (Unless absolutely necessary)
5. Make sure you’re eating right and getting plenty of rest. You’re going to need all your strength to walk through this season.
6. Remember you can’t fix people or fix every circumstance. Stop carrying that responsibility. The God Almighty position is already filled.
7. Stop what you’re doing now and practice doing #1.
What would you add to this list?
Through online facility, you has the ability to
make test at any time from where without attempting to keep paper moreover pencil.
If expected they have got to provide necessary technical boost as to be honest.
Look for a nice lens to an aperture of fone.4 or very good even a whole lot more compact diversity.
Have quiet time. It seems to be a tough task in this time of instant everything, but I find it very rewarding to shut it all down and have still time.
Great blog, I just have to share these basic things that I sometimes ignore myself.

Later in the horrible time, God will let you experience what you may have only told others HE will do, if you follow the praying and reading His word part. You will, I speak from experience, YOU WILL experience that peace that surpasses all understanding; its not logical to the human mind, but the peace will come. The time of trouble will eventually pass. Life may be different after that; the peace remains and you will covet that.

Writing invariably helps- what I call multiple personality journaling- I was taught by a wonderful life coach to write in a way that acknowledges but does not own my "false self"- call it the flesh if you will (#3 above, I think); that owns my feelings but does not allow them to dictate my interpretation of the way the world is e.g. (I may feel angry but that doesn't mean the world is my enemy) and that reclaims my core beliefs, such as living fully into God's power, love and soundness of mind . . . also I am a little adhd– can you tell? ;0)

I love this one. I agree, writing allows you to process your thoughts and slows us done a bit. I also the fact that you can go back and revisit how you were thinking in the midst of the crisis.

Excercise! May sound silly, but it is a great way to relieve the stress and recharcge during difficult times. It provides a short term escape and a way to clear your head. Great way to spend time with God as well!
