10 Tweets that Didn’t Make the Cut

Contrary to popular opinion I don’t Tweet everything I think about. I’m a random thinker, so there are many times I think of something, but decide, for whatever reason, it’s not Tweet-worthy.

Don’t believe me? I decided to capture to a list of times I decided not to tweet something over a couple days. (That’s another value of Evernote. Read my post about it HERE and never lose an idea…or a Tweet!)

Here are 10 tweets that didn’t make the cut, followed in parenthesis by an explanation of why I didn’t send it:

Try to be good or else you might end up doing bad …stuff. (This one started well in my mind.)

You can do all kinds of cool things with a slinky. (I’m not really sure…)

You think just because I’m a pastor means I want come over there, but if you keep staring… (This one is true…but still a pastor.)

My tummy jiggles when I brush my teeth… (This is true also.)

Geese poop is not solid even though it looks like it would be. (I learned this while running in South Carolina…near geese.)

I’m selective whose business cards I use as dental floss. (Didn’t want to offend anyone whose card I didn’t use.)

9 out of 10 times (Had nothing to go with this…)

I hate when the policeman driving next to me is texting…and driving. (Couldn’t remember if the law including Twittering or just texting.)

I could use a good throw up (I’ve actually had this one typed many times but always remember Cheryl sometimes reads my tweets.)

I just spit out a bite of half eaten hot dog… #Crazycough (I realized the Tweet may have been as gross as what I coughed up.)

…and the bonus….

Sometimes I wish I was “regular” like my dog… #MorningWalk

See how restrained I am at times…I told you…And there were many I didn’t even save…(Because my mom sometimes reads my blog…oh yea…and I’m a pastor.)
