The Strangest Thing You’ve Seen in a Woman’s Purse

By June 3, 2011Culture, Funny

So the other day I was at a mall and witnessed something that made me chuckle. This mom apparently had 3 kids and a husband. Of course, that was an assumption I made about them, but for this story it won’t really matter. What I thought was funny was the woman’s purse. It wasn’t huge, but every child and the husband wanted something from the woman and she found it in her purse. Apparently she was the keeper of her family’s stuff.

Ever seen that one before?

She had a brush, money, some kind of medicine, something to drink and a bottle of mustard…and I’m sure some other things. I know…random right…but that’s what made me chuckle. This mom was prepared for whatever her family needed…all within a single purse.

So it made me wonder

What’s the strangest thing you’ve seen in a woman’s purse? If you’re a woman…feel free to share the strangest thing you’ve ever carried in your purse.

I’m curious…Share now!

I'm a girl but I don't really carry a purse. I've seen some strange things though that you really don't need with you unless on vacation or something maybe.

A girl without a purse is like a guy without a pocket knife… Of course, I don't carry one of them either… 🙂

you better believe she does — I made her stop carrying ranch dressing because I am pretty sure that is supposed to be refrigerated.

    Ha…we call it Mace!

  • In our country, I know that some women carry chilling powder in their handbag to safeguard themselves from unscrupulous people while they commute to work. An element of self protection.

  • My leatherman (multi-tool). It got me out of a room with a broken lock – door knob fell off. I took out my tool, took apart the locking mechanism, and put it back together after I got out. I never leave home home without it.

Darrell, your friend Haylee is obviously a Godly woman.

I saw a auto rear view mirror in a purse once

At a Saturday morning movie at the Theater and saw a lady in front of us pull out a MacDonald’s pancake breakfast for her children. Awesome!

My friend Haylee used to carry a bottle of Texas Pete Hot Sauce in her purse.
